Shipping Policy

Shipping 

I aim to get your order shipped within 2-3 business days.
after i ship, I don't have control over the timeframe once the item is shipped.

Tracking your package

All my items comes with a tracking number (unless there is no option for tracking to your region). You will receive the tracking number so you can follow up where the package is. 

Estimated arrival time

I can't guarantee the exact arrival date, however you'll see a range of delivery times at checkout depending on where you live.

Late package?

If your package is running late, your best move is to reach out to the carrier directly to resolve it. I use Canada Post and Chit Chats. You can also send me an e-mail, [email protected] if you’d like me to assist with the carrier company. 

Lost package?

If this happens, you'll need to file a lost package claim directly with the carrier company used (usually Canada Post).

Check your address

I can't be held responsible if your order gets sent back because of an incorrect address. If it comes back, you can either get a 50% refund on the item itself, or pay shipping again to have it sent back out to you.
