I aim to get your order out the door within 2-3 business days. Think of it as your stuff hitting the road trip in that timeframe!

Tracking Your Package

Some shipping options come with a tracking number. If you choose one of those, I'll send you the number so you can track its journey to your doorstep.

Estimated Arrival Time

I can't guarantee the exact arrival date since things can get a little wild once it leaves my hands. However, you'll see a range of delivery times at checkout depending on where you live.

Late Package?

Whoops—looks like your order decided to take the scenic route! If your package is running seriously late, your best move is to reach out to the carrier directly to resolve it (they’ve got all the delivery superpowers!). Of course, you can always loop me in at [email protected] if you’d like me to poke around on my end too—no guarantees, but I’m happy to help where I can!

Lost Package?

Yikes, a lost package! If this happens, you'll need to file a lost package claim directly with the carrier company used (usually Canada Post).

Double Check That Address!

Heads up! I can't be held responsible if your order gets sent back because of an incorrect address. If it comes back, you can either get a 50% refund on the item itself, or pay shipping again to have it sent back out to you.
